The online journal Water Laws is published by Smith Partners, a Minneapolis law practice serving local governments, public-private partnerships and other community institutions. Smith Partners serves as legal counsel for watershed organizations throughout Minnesota, and has provided counsel to state agencies including the Legislative Citizens Commission on Minnesota Resources and the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources.
